The room was clean, but the pillows were uncomfortable.

missingWrote a review on Jan 10central locationclean roomspoor soundproofing
The location beside Zócalo offers easy access to historical sites and bustling city life. The rooms maintain a level of cleanliness and spaciousness that makes coming back after a long day of exploring quite nice.
Sound insulation leaves much to be desired, allowing noises from adjacent rooms to creep in—especially bothersome with children nearby. Windows facing the courtyard can lead to uncomfortable moments as hotel staff occasionally pass by and might see inside. Additionally, the initial deposit situation might create confusion when it comes to payment adjustments during your stay.

The location is ideal, just steps from the cathedral and major attractions like Zocalo and Templo Mayor. The staff was attentive, facilitating a smooth check-in and arranging private taxi service for security. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring an impressive buffet with a variety of both traditional Mexican dishes and international options, all included in my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all necessary amenities.

A Great Base for Exploring Mexico City
We stayed for 5 nights in a cozy double room, enjoying a plentiful breakfast buffet that energized our days. The staff, particularly Agustin, offered helpful local tips. Don't miss the complimentary snacks available throughout the day. Note, Wi-Fi could be spotty at times.

Great for a family getaway
We had a fantastic breakfast every morning, it was like waking up to a feast that could last all day. Plus, the staff was genuinely friendly and seemed like they wanted to help, which made us feel right at home.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but still within reason for what we got.

Bicycle rental was a blast! I loved exploring the area on two wheels. After a crazy start, America at the front desk sorted everything for us and got us checked in early, which was a lifesaver.
Felt completely relaxed, no reason to complain.
